How do I Login?
From the Batchmates.com home page, put your email address and password in the right panel and press Go to log in to the site.
What is my Unique ID? Why is this needed?
Unique ID is a unique number assigned to your membership from Batchmates.com. You get to know your unique id from the welcome mail that’s sent to you from Batchmates.com or from the home page after you log in the site. You may login to the site using the unique id and password, but it’s not really mandatory to remember that as you can login using your email id.

How do I log out?
Click on the "logout" link on in the top right corner of any page.
I got logged out from Batchmates while surfing through the net – why is this so and what should I do?
- If you are behind a firewall or on a proxy server and if the connection trips you will be logged out for which you will have to login again.
- Clear your Browser cache by clicking on the following options from the Menu Bar of your Browser Tools --> Internet Settings --> Delete Temporary Internet Files.
- If you are not behind a firewall or on a proxy server and you get logged out- Kindly refresh the screen by either clicking on the "REFRESH" button of your browser or press the Control+F5 keys together to refresh your screen.
I cannot login using my valid email/ unique id – why is this so?
You could be facing this problem for any one of the following reasons.
- You are entering your password in LOWERCASE alphabets when you have actually registered a password using UPPERCASE. Please switch ON the CAPS lock key of your keyboard and enter the password.
- You are entering your password in UPPERCASE alphabets when you have actually registered a password using LOWERCASE. Please switch OFF the CAPS lock key of your keyboard and enter the password.
- You may have misspelled your login id- kindly check and retry again.
I am logging in with my id and password it is accessing somebody else's profile. Why?
You could be facing this problem for any one of the following reasons.
- If you are behind a firewall or on a proxy server and if someone else from your organisation has visited Batchmates.com then its quite obvious that your browser is accessing that particular profile from your proxy's cache.
- If you are not behind a firewall or on a proxy server and you get to see some other profile, then kindly refresh the screen by either clicking on the "REFRESH" button of your browser or press the Control+F5 keys together to refresh your screen.
How do I change my password?
- Login using your Email/ Unique Id & Password.
- Go to your home page.
- Click on "Edit Profile" link in your home page.
- Click on "Update Password".
- Provide the necessary details.
- Click on the "Submit" button to affect the changes.
I've forgotten my password- how do I retrieve it?
To retrieve your password– follow this simple procedure.
- Click on the "Forgot Password" link on Batchmates home page.
- Enter the email address you provided during registration.
- Click on the "Submit" button.
- Your password will be emailed back to your registered email id instantly.
- If your emailid is incorrect, then fill the form and send it to us. Your registration details shall be mailed back to you.

I do not remember my registered email id/unique id & password- what should I do?
Send an e-mail to support@batchmates.com and let us know about your problem. If the e-mail ID (from which you have sent the mail) is found listed in our database, you will receive a mail with your password in it. If the e-mail ID (from which you have sent the mail) does not exist in our database, you will receive an e-mail asking for your personal details. You will be asked to provide us your first, middle and last names, nickname, city, state, date of birth, names of the institutions where you are registered, etc. Please provide us with as many details (mentioned in the list) as you can in order to help us confirm your identity. After successful confirmation of your identity, you will receive a mail in your e-mail ID (from which you have sent the mail) with your login details.
